As the Vice President for JSA Marketing & Client Strategy and member of the company’s executive management team, Jaclyn (Jackie) is responsible for overall quality control, driving PR and marketing strategy for both JSA and her clients, and ensuring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are hit or exceeded every quarter. She strategically aligns campaigns with her clients’ business objectives and delivers work in JSA’s gold-star quality fashion. Jackie’s KPI success, quality content, and long-term client engagements are hallmarks of her leadership.
Jackie has a passion for timely and thought-provoking editorial content, as evidenced by her previous work at prominent publications, including The New York Observer and several magazines under the Condé Nast and Hearst umbrellas. Throughout her career, Jackie has been responsible for crafting editorial content, producing timely and effective stories, managing digital content, producing annual events, and attending and reporting on trade shows.
Jackie received a Bachelor of Arts in Media and English Literature from Hunter College. Jackie is a born and raised New Yorker, and takes full advantage of soaking up the city with her husband, daughter, and pup. In her free time you can find her sipping wine over a long dinner, taking in a new exhibit at the museum, strolling through Central Park, re-reading a favorite book (usually Joan Didion), or debating the intricacies of the latest film she’s seen.

Who do you admire most in your family and why?
My grandmother – She taught me everything I know about self-love, strength, and that laughing at yourself is far more fun than laughing at others.
My grandfather – His boundless energy and passion for the arts inspires me daily.
My father – Who proves hard work – even on the toughest of days – really does pay off (and that sarcasm is perfectly acceptable in any situation).
My mother – Who taught me how to love unconditionally.
My husband – The person who constantly reminds me of my value when I need it most, but still encourages me to be better today than I was the day before.
And finally my daughter – My continuous reminder to stay focused, energized, and hopeful.
Why do you love this industry?
Simply stated: I love its relevance — the good it can do for the world, its incredible (albeit sometimes frightening) influence on humankind, its challenges, and that it is constantly adapting and improving.
