Fun Facts

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I strive to be as physically fit as possible and I encourage the same for my kids. I am always getting them outside to walk our fur kids, ride bikes, go swimming or play at the park. I run, do yoga or weight train as often as possible. I also serve on the board for the Oklahoma City chapter of the Public Relations Society of America, which keeps me busy!

Do you have a personal mantra or a favorite quote?

Winston Churchill was a fascinating individual with countless quotable moments. There’s so much wisdom in his remark: “To improve is to change; to be perfect is to change often.” It’s a reminder that we must strive to change if we are going to grow as professionals and individuals.

What do you love about our industry?

Few people have the opportunity to drive business using the creative side of the brain. In the marketing/communications profession, we get to use research and data to uncover potential problems and apply creativity when implementing strategy. There is beauty in how those characteristics can work together!
