With a strong foundation in the telecom and tech industries, he is skilled in taking complex information and deriving clear messages that will resonate with a company’s existing and potential customers. From strategic planning to reporting on key analytics, Carl can help match your business objectives with effective marketing and public relations campaigns that meet and exceed mutually established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

While at JSA, Carl has written extensively for his clients on a variety of tech and telecom themes in both short form and long form styles. His work has been featured in well-known publications like Forbes Magazine as well as industry-specific publications including Pipeline, Development Magazine (NAIOP) and JSA’s Telecom News Now. He has also used his storytelling abilities to assist clients in securing speaking positions and prestigious awards at conferences all around the world. From developing website content and scripting videos to writing press releases, blogs, byline articles, case studies and e-books, Carl ensures each client’s voice shines through in a distinct, impactful way.

Before joining JSA, Carl worked as a communications coordinator for non-profit organizations that conducted patient services and funded health research across Canada. He has Master’s degrees in Public Policy from Simon Fraser University and in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University. Based in Vancouver, Canada, he enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending quality time with his wife and son.
