Introduces latest ClearLink® Low PIM 4.3-10 connector line

Westell Technologies has declared October as Westell’s National Passives Month. Together with its distributor partners, Westell will be offering a number of new and exciting promotions designed to both incentivize and educate users on the benefits of deploying the right passive equipment. Exclusive offers and promotions are available starting October 1st.

“With all the buzz around distributed antenna systems (DAS), now is the best time to discuss the devices that complement the DAS – the devices critical in developing an optimal system,” explains Chuck Bernstein, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Westell. “Westell’s National Passives Month was conceived to shine a bright light on the value of choosing the right vendor with the right passives. Our in-building wireless experts are here to help with passives selection all year long, but our Westell’s National Passives Month promotions will serve as our kick-off party to help educate customers and promote these critical components. We also want to use this opportunity to introduce new additions to our passives product portfolio. We are especially excited to talk to our customers about our new ClearLink® Low PIM 4.3-10 connector line.”

System components (aka passive devices) are used as part of a DAS to direct the energy flow for specific frequency bands. These passive components are available in multiple port configurations, power options, and connector types. Westell also provides high performance passive components that meet or exceed the typical PIM measurement to deliver the most superior DAS possible. The ClearLink® Low PIM rated passives are available in type N, DIN, or our new 4.3-10 connectors, and are tested and approved to meet wireless service provider requirements.
