The top 15 in order of rank include: Sprint, Level 3, Global Crossing, Savvis, TeliaNet, Tinet, NTT, MCI/Verizon Business, TATA, AT&T, Telecom Italia, Qwest, Cogent, Cable & Wireless and PCCW.
