DE-CIX New York today announced the completion of its Open-IX certification process. The Open-IX association (OIX) granted DE-CIX OIX-1 certification on March 9th after the OIX Board confirmed that the exchange met all technical requirements, minimum service levels and information-sharing provision requirements. TELEHOUSE America held its Q’1 2010 Breakfast on Broadway (BoB) event on February 25th. Though there was a snow storm in New York City that day, attendance was terrific.
