TNN is on the road and this time we were off to Denver, Colorado for CoreSite’s Colorado Metro Connect, now in its 8th year.  Colorado Metro Connect is a networking event geared towards telecom executives in the Rocky Mountain Region bringing together over 250 industry peers to meet and discuss the latest trends.

Mile High Station served as the new venue for the event and the space had a true Denver vibe and spirit. With large industrial beams, the building was the former home of the Midwest Steel and Ironworks building.

As Terri and I arrived onsite to set up for the event, organizing signs and name badges, we immediately took notice of how the space would be a unique setting for conducting business. The event began and as attendees arrived they also took noticed to the atmosphere present within the building. CoreSite’s Chris Ancell, the company’s SVP Sales & Sales Engineering welcomed the crowd and thanked everyone for attending.

CoreSite was joined by sponsors including Mammoth NetworksAdvodaTeliaSonera and Zayo as well as companies from around the region and country. The evening was filled with casual networking and exhibitor and sponsor tables showcasing the latest developments from these featured companies. The event was an overall success and it is clear to see that the telecom industry is continuing to grow in Denver and around the Rocky Mountains.

Hope to see you next year at Telecom Exchange 2014 West!  To become a Telecom Exchange West Sponsor, Exhibitor or for more information email, [email protected].
