O’Brien will oversee all operations in the New York, Dallas and London regional offices and report to Seán Mulleady, Chief Executive Officer. He will spearhead the company’s strategic initiatives, day-to-day operations and overall growth.

O’Brien’s appointment comes as conceptcsi further expands its domestic and international client base. The company will leverage O’Brien’s more than 34 years of industry experience and strong background in engineering and construction as it evolves to meet its customers’ increasingly demanding needs.

Prior to his new position at conceptcsi, O’Brien served as President of Electronic Environment, Mission Critical Construction, a NTT facilities company, and Mission Critical Sector Leader for Gilbane, Inc. In 1990, he began a 20-year tenure at StructureTone, Inc. Throughout his career, O’Brien has been involved in the planning, construction and commissioning of over 13 million square feet of data center space at all levels of redundancy and density. He received his Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate degree in Applied Science in Environmental Control Technology from NYC Community College.
