The BSO team has completed the first phase of its comprehensive expansion into the US!

As a global Ethernet network provider with specialized ultra-low latency routes for the financial community, infrastructure backbone in Chicago, New York and other major North American metros is key to BSO’s mission of redefining connectivity worldwide. So with recent expansions across the pond, the London-based company has brought its network full circle around the world, connecting 20 countries, 91 data centers and, now, all coasts and borders of the US. BSO has effectively established itself as a market-leading provider of low latency connectivity into and out of the US.

The American finance community now has access to established and profitable emerging markets via BSO’s strategically chosen routes, which are constantly being optimized to achieve the lowest latency possible.

The first phase of the company’s US expansion involved a series of initiatives BSO has revealed over the past few months. In July, the company announced new premium low latency trading routes between Chicago and key financial hubs in Moscow, Dubai and Mumbai, connecting customers with the center of the derivatives market. Then came BSO’s announcement about its new metro network in New York City, which provides the local financial community with a single point of entry to its global network. The company also expanded its network to the US-Mexico border with a new PoP in McAllen Data Center in South Texas — BSO’s “Gateway to Mexico” — and across the nation with PoPs in One Wilshire in Los Angeles and Equinix-Filigree Court in Ashburn, Virginia. Most recently, BSO expanded into its third on-net data center in Chicago at 717 S Wells, one of the city’s most connected buildings.

“Our recent investments in our US backbone speak to our dedication to reducing latencies on the world’s busiest financial trading routes and redefining connectivity on a global scale,” says Michael Ourabah, CEO at BSO. “We’ve started off strong in the North American market by linking the continent to established and emerging markets in Europe, the Middle East, South America and Asia — and vice versa. But this is just the beginning of a massive push to bring BSO’s market-leading, ultra-low latency solutions to the region.”

The BSO team is onsite at FIA Expo 2016 in Chicago through October 20 and would love to meet with you to discuss its US offerings. Reach out to [email protected] to set up a meeting or visit the team at booth #213.
