165 Halsey Street now serves over 150 customers, 19 of which are Fortune 500 companies. The facility’s customer base also includes a variety of small to mid-sized businesses across multiple distinct industries. A breakdown of 165 Halsey Street’s customer base can be found via its new infographic.
Even with the rise in leasing commitments, 165 Halsey Street still has availability for those in need of colocation services. Of 165 Halsey Street’s five Colocation Rooms, two are 100% occupied, with remaining data center availability in Colocation Rooms III, IV and V. 165 Halsey Street also offers more than 31,300 square feet of built data center space and 61,500 square feet of vacant space.
